Above all, ADR training is a legal need for people who fall under its jurisdiction, or more precisely, for those who must apply for an ADR licence or ADR card. ADR training is not required for everyone who transports products by road, despite popular belief. All workers engaged in the process, including those who package hazardous materials and use forklifts to move merchandise from the warehouse to the truck, must complete ADR training.
